That's not bad, and you're happy with the performance of the microphone as well?

Re: What microphone do you use?
Yes :p
But you have to sing in a "quiet" place because the mic records ALL the sounds....
I have some problems because I have too much record XDD
But i like it ! it's great. I could send you a RAW record if you want. But there's already some example on the THOMANN website.

There seems like a lot of users here on YTC which have that problem with the microphone recording random noises from everywhere. I'll write up a tutorial soon when I have time to help you fix those problems

Re: What microphone do you use?
Using a headset (I don't even know the brand) at the moment and it hates me. It has the fuzzy background noise that I have to edit out manually. Need new mic ;_;

Re: What microphone do you use?
I currently have a Sennheiser e845s connected to a Roland Tri-Capture Audio Interface. I am giving up on my old Lexicon Omega audio interface for the reason that it isn't USB-powered, meaning that I have to waste one of my power sockets.
I couldn't use that interface for live music + vocal mixing during online streaming.
So far, I've only used this new setup on my BadBye dub.
This is a pretty pricey setup though...
I wouldn't suggest you go for the dynamic mic + audio interface setup unless you're really serious enough about your vocal work, enough to spend more than US$300 to get a really high-quality recording.
(The only reason I have this setup is because my parents bought me a home desktop recording set from Lexicon which included an audio interface and a dynamic mic. A few months later, I wanted a better mic and didn't want to waste my audio interface so I bought the Sennheiser mic. Since I spent so much on buying the new mic and wanted a further upgrade this month, I decided to just buy a new interface so as not to waste the money I paid for the mic. Endless loop of spending... orz)
I do think USB condenser microphones like co1u or at2020 pretty much do the job and are more than worth their price. With good mixing skills and knowledge of equalizers, you'll be able to fix their quality to be as good as the audio interface setup.

I used a Guitar Hero microphone for a while xD It's pretty good, and it was like 10 bucks on amazon, lol. I use a Blue Snowball now, but I only got it because my Guitar Hero one broke oTL

SO JELLY OMG.
I use an EA Wii mic on a stand i made myself out of a broom handle, duct tape, a drill, a wood plank, and a rolled up piece of cardboard :C
YAY INGENUITY?
Actually, I just spend all my money on doujins, games, and sweets instead of good recording equipment...
Re: What microphone do you use?
@Jasmine I have a Logitech HD Webcam C310, and it's also skype certified! -high fives-
It's not the best, but it gets the job done fine. o3o

Re: What microphone do you use?
I recently upgraded from the USB Logitech Desktop Mic to a Blue Yeti about two months ago, the quality is so nice! It's an awesome mic!
Re: What microphone do you use?
SHIRA!!!!! I also use my Logitech Hd C310 as a mic -High Five!- haha C:
I bought it for 30$ at Bestbuy (on sale~) /shot
I needed a webcam and after a while I found out it was pretty good for recording. Just like Shira said it's not the best but it's fine. But with the right equalizers it sounds a bit better:D
I'm thinking of upgrading to a Blue Snowball after Christmas (over 150$ in gifts 8D)

Mine was also on sale! It was either at Future Shop or Best Buy, I can't remember. 8D My dad bought it for my computer 'cause our old one died. This was just a few year back, (probably) (which is pretty awesome since I've had my old webcam since I was 3, maybe even younger (but it wasn't used that often so I wonder if that counts? /shot))
