Rules for Organizing a Collab/Chorus Group [UPDATED 02/27/14]

Please follow these rules when creating threads in Recruitment. It is recommended that you fill at least one or two of the staff roles before recruiting singers and other staff, but if you can't find anyone, that is okay, too.
Your title should have the following:
- Open (Means you are looking for members). Please include roles you are looking for (ex. Mixer/Animator/Artist/# of Singers)
- Closed (No longer recruiting, project is in progress). You can also do something like Scripting, Recording, Mixing, Animating, Art, etc.
- Finished (Project is uploaded!).
If you are recruiting for Collabs...
- A link to the song(s).
- The lyrics (either as text or a link). If there are assigned parts, please indicate who sings what. Otherwise, you can include the script information after you have your singers.
- A Karaoke Link. If you want to include harmonies, a harmony reference is recommended. Please do not assume that your singers will know how to sing harmonies.
- The number of parts / what you are looking for from singers.
If you are recruiting for Chorus Groups...
- What kind of theme will you have? Vocaloid? Anime? An existing music group? What kind of voices are you looking for from the singers? Please name roles if you have them in mind (ex. Luka, Lily, Kaito, Gakupo).
- How many singers are you looking for?
- What staff roles do you need? Artist? Mixer? Animator?
- If you are recruiting elsewhere, please include a link to the Chorus information, too, such as the YT video or Googledocs you may be using. If you need help doing this, please let one of the mods know. New members should be able to post YT videos using the YT button in the first row.
Every month or so, one of the staff members will send out PMs to all open threads that have not been posted in the organizer to check on the progress of the project. This is to ensure that members do not sign up for an abandoned project. Every other month, a PM will be sent to check on Closed threads in case the project was finished and was just not uploaded to the thread.
