Rules for Recruiting Staff / Offering Your Services

Please follow these rules if you are posting in this section. This board will be recruiting STAFF members. This means mixers, animators, or artists! If you are a mixer, animator, or artist who is willing to help out other people, you can also create a thread here!

Your title should have the following:

• Open (Means you are looking for staff members or open for service). Please include roles you are looking for (ex. Mixer/Animator/Artist/Translyricist)
  
• Closed (No longer recruiting, project is in progress). You can also do something like Scripting, Recording, Mixing, Animating, Art, etc.
  
• Finished (Project is uploaded!).
  
• The staff member(s) you are looking for. 
  

If you are recruiting for Collabs...

1. The singers should already be chosen. If not, please go here for your singers and staff.
   
2. A link to the song(s).
   
3. What staff roles do you need? Mixer? Animator? Artist? Translyricist?
   
4. The lyrics (either as text or a link). If there are assigned parts, please indicate who sings what.
   
5. A Karaoke Link. If you want to include harmonies, a harmony reference is recommended. Please do not assume that your singers will know how to sing harmonies.
   

If you are recruiting for a regular Duo, Trio, or Quartet...

1. The singers should already be chosen. If not, please go here for your singers and staff.
   
2. What staff roles do you need? Artist? Mixer? Animator? Translyricist?
   
3. If you are recruiting elsewhere, please include a link to the Chorus information, too, such as the YT video or Googledocs you may be using. If you need help doing this, please let one of the mods know. New members should be able to post YT videos using the YT button in the first row. 
   

If you are recruiting as a soloist...

1. Include a link to the song(s).
   
2. What staff roles do you need? Mixer? Animator? Artist? Translyricist?
   
3. A Karaoke Link (if you need a mixer). If you want to include harmonies, a harmony reference is recommended. Please do not assume that your singers will know how to sing harmonies.
   
4. When you would like it done or if it is an open-ended project. 
   

If you are a staff member who is offering your services...

1. Please tell us what you are able to do (ex. mixing, animating, art, translyrics). Are you able to tune? Autotune? Use puppeting in your animations? Write English translyrics? French?
   
2. Link samples of your work.
   
3. Are you looking for someone to sing a song for you? What song is it?
   
4. Provide an estimated amount of time (ex. usually a month to mix).
   
5. Do you have a particular preference for the kind of work you like to do? (ex. electronic music).

I do not see trans-lyrcis writer on the list of 'stuff' people can offer....so are people able to offer services other than mixer, animator, or artist?

Also, if someone is new to animation, like me, saying "Use puppeting in your animations?" is kind of confusing. Do you mean make it so the drawings move like a puppet/person? I am sorry if that is common knowledge. I suppose those who it would apply to would know what you mean.XD

And yeah, puppeting is making the pictures move.
