I don't think I can record until the week after next (obviously before the deadline). My schedule is very full but I'll 100% manage to record my parts (shouldn't be too bad either thanks to the script).

So far, 3 out of 12 already sent their lines~ Good job guys~

Don't mind me for doing the harmonies in the choruses though, I thought it would blend well with the others' voices =D

I`d like to ask for a dedline extension too since I can`t quite sing my lines for a while (I did 2 lines and it sounds good but I am not being able to sing more due to the fact that I record in my room which is just glued to the neighbor`s room.
And I`ll be busy this weekend so no recording till monday)

Sometimes it can be because of the voices that don't blend well together OTL Henceforth it can be hard to find a duet partner whose voice blends in especially well for you, but that's not the point for now XD

Yeah, I think it's something to do with pitch, and if everyone is actually singing the same notes (maybe some people have difficulty with note recognition). I think some people manipulate their voice a lot when singing which could affect this, but if we all sang monotone it would be even worse I guess.

Maybe if we all sang from the original music sheet it would be better timing and note wise. (I can't read music well though so it would be useless for some people like me)

I think in the case of choruses like this it's not terrible if it doesn't sound amazing in the end though. In my opinion it's just for fun, and regardless of what kind of singer one is, it's nice to see the result (even if it sounds off). It's more fun in my opinion to work on a cover together with a group of people than by oneself.

I generally think it sounds nice when more than one person is singing (especially if they harmonise well). Besides, with choruses where you don't know most of the people you get to make new friends! It's probably harder to make friends with the same interest in singing if you're always singing solo.

uwah, i think Mir has a good point. But dont u think its weird to sing while looking at music scores/sheets?

I guess its the matter of how alike u are to the original, and another crucial point to take note is the mixer / scripter must take very VERY good note of who to mix with and who to not.

If he/she mix/script with 2 people who have strong voice, its a given, that it wont turn out nice. but if strong voice counteract soft it'll be good ~
