Hello! Yukiko here~ = w =
Well, soon (in 2 weeks 8D;; ) I have a dance/ball/prom coming up and I have decided to make my own dress! ; w ; And I was just wondering if anyone knows any fancy-ish but looks a bit simple to make dresses you've seen from VOCALOID songs or anime!

My requirements are just that it can't be tight fitting and /has/ to be frilly and puffy. o w o

Any suggestions? xD;;
