Any tips on how to reach those low notes? Also, how do I sing high notes strongly but still sound like a guy like Len or Valshe?

Unlike high notes, there's basically no tricks for low notes. You are born with your lowest vocal range, and even from training, it won't improve much. (biologically impossible)
So for girls who want to genderbend, pitch it. That's the only way you can "reach" the low notes.
Same for the second question, pitch your voice.
It's not really cheating, because the programms are invented to be used for that.<3 If you listen carefully enough, most Niconico singers pitch their vocals while genderbending, both guys and girls.
But you can make your voice a bit manlier by holding your tongue back. Like, try to lick your throat untill you have this feeling that you want to puke. It's not so comfortable and it's a bit unatural, but it'll help a little.

Oh and for pitching I meant singing the song 1 to 4 half notes higher, and then change the pitch back to the original key.

how do you get higher notes then? :D?

Practice<3 Use a lot of support from your stomach while singing. Lift up your soft palate to soften the sharp sound of high notes.
When you practice enough, you'll eventually expend your highest vocal range<3
But remember to stop if your throat feels tired.
