Wow, I'm so late.
I speak mainly indonesian, english, and japanese, and a little bit of chinese.
So I guess its either indonesian, english, and japanese.

I'm quite confident with my language skill, but I'm not so confident with my singing ._. I think I'll try singing here and there first, and see how bad... I mean, good, I am? >_>

I've learnt piano for about 14 years, but I'm only all for classic, so I don't think I can help a lot with that... I might be able to do violin, though.

And currently trying to try the drawing. (Yes I'm into a lot of arts, alllll for hobby...)

I'm thinking, why not put a little bit of narration in the middle part, in english and japanese (or at the end of the song), like, the overall message for everyone, like, how you want to express your feeling, or being motivated by "Smiling", or something like that...? I think that would sound nice... like, sincere, and not like copycat kind of... >.<

Chinese Mandarin and English. No, Latin is a dead language, so it doesn't count... unless you WANT it to.

Piano for 13-14 years, some violin uh... ness...? I could help with song writing and arranging if you like. If music theory could help anyway.

@Aelve: Yep, Taiwanese! -high-fives back- By immigration anyway. xD Technically, I'd be Chinese and not native Taiwanese, but my parents were both raised in Taiwan, so what the heck. My Chinese accent is Taiwanese so bleh.

(Haha, thought so. Well, just throwing it out there in case we felt like saying something ancient and dead-language-y and Vatican-city-like. Pfft, who am I kidding? xD )

I'd definitely need help though. I only have a piano at home, no actual software to help or anything. I'd get to do the old-fashioned way of trial-and-error by hand. I feel for composers now. :/

Also, did anyone have any ideas for what kind of style song we're looking for?

@Tsukiyo : Oh, I'm half-Taiwanese and half-Chinese. And my chinese accent is french. xD

I have a piano too, but I have a software for composing as well. I guess you can try to compose by the traditional hand-writing-way? It's actually quite handy to use. Then you can record quickly to show us~ And I can help :3
if you can compose, you can scan it or something and I'll just copy it on computer afterwards~

I just came across this topic, and I'm still kind of confused as to what still needs to be done. Are the lyrics finished? Are there no more spots? :x If no more people are needed, then that's fine, I was just curious. I was just going to add that I can speak Portuguese (my accent is Brazilian) fluently, as well as Spanish (but there seem to be a lot of other people who can deal with that better than I can), and obviously English. If you don't need anymore help, I'll just be on my way then. XD

No, I think people can still join..? We don't really have deadlines/slots limitations, etc, so...

The lyrics are almost finished, though we need more people to give critiques and help ( I don't really know what's missing actually xD ), we'll start composing when the lyrics are fixed and finished~
