[MONTHLY THEME] January: Peculiar People~Due January 31st

Sorry for the late theme. Due to the holidays...I forgot XD. Anyway, I went back to using strange holidays for this month's theme. January 10th is Peculiar People day, a day to celebrate peculiar people. For this theme, do a song that is either peculiar in itself, about a peculiar person, has a peculiar video, or sung by a peculiar person. What is considered 'peculiar' is all subjective, so this theme will be pretty lenient, but for some help, peculiar can mean things like, un-ordinary, extraordinary, odd, intriguing, different, quirky, etc'. It will probably help to think of 'peculiar' as meaning 'quirky'.

• Your entry must be done in the month of January to be accepted. Please plan accordingly.
  
• Your entry must fit the theme in mind. Rationale for your entry should be provided to explain, especially if it is not obvious why.
  
• Your piece of work does not need to be vocaloid-related.
  
• If you are covering a song, it should be at least 1:30 minutes long.
  
• If you wish to write translyrics, please write translyrics for the whole song.
  
• If you are doing art, please do at least half-body! A background is preferable, but if you can't do that, that is fine, too.
  
• If you are doing a written piece, as long as it has to do with the themes mentioned above, it will be fine.

• There are a lot of Vocaloid songs that are about 'strange' people, such as Gumi's My Crush Was a Monster Boy
  
• Kyary Pamyu Pamyu songs like Pon Pon Pon would totally count as quirky
  
• Draw your OC in an outfit that's...weird

How does this entry fit the theme ? : (my interpretation) It's a cyborg with a ghost the equivalent of a human soul. The song describes how this cyborg feels with poetry.

How does this entry fit the theme?: The video for this song is really weird. It has clowns, bears, etc. Plus, the song referencing a balalaika is pretty odd too.
