[Art Requests Full] Kyra's Art Service ♥

General Rules:

1. Requests are first come, first served. 
2. If there is a deadline to be met, please let me know in advance. I will let you know if I think I am able to do it or not. I will do my best to be done by the deadline, but sometimes things can come up. I hope you can understand ^^"
3. If you don't like what I make for you, you don't have to feel obligated to use it. However, please let me know what you don't like about it, and I will try to fix it to the best of my ability ^^' Any sort of feedback is extremely welcome as it is helpful for me to get better. 
4. Please provide a way to contact you besides the forums! If you'd rather not post your contact information in this thread, please PM it to me separately. If I am unable to get in contact with you, it might result in the project getting dropped.
5. One request at a time per person please! When I finish the first request, you can make another one provided that I have slots open. The only exception is if you request both art and animation for the same project. This counts as one request but will take up two slots!

Art Request Rules
1. You must provide an audio sample of your project. If you need an artwork for another reason, please feel free to PM me about a commission instead ^^
2. You can optionally provide style reference images, and I will try to draw in that style (ie. shoujo style, cel-shaded style, semi-realistic style, etc). If it's not a style I'm comfortable with, I will let you know. 
3. I will provide you with a rough sketch first, and wait for an OK from you before I proceed to do the final lineart and color. If you want me to fix anything major, please tell me in the sketching stage. After the artwork is done, you may request for minor edits once. 
4. My default size for characters is 2100 x 2800 (vertical). For backgrounds, it is 2800 x 2100 (horizontal). However, feel free to request smaller/larger sizes. Also, if you would like to animate only certain parts, you can ask for different elements to be on separate layers.

Animation Request Rules
1. For the time being, I only animate using Adobe Flash. This means that a lot of fancy effects won't be possible. Please make sure that you are okay with that before you make your request.
2. I am still very new at animating, and so it might take me longer to animate. For this reason, I will only take projects that have a deadline of at least a week away. Thanks for understanding!

The hair is very bright and comes from the bright blue running over in dark blue, as you can see in the second picture. Her hair should have this blue light reflections that you can see in the first picture.

Quick question on your character -- is the bottom part of the dress (that is outlined in pencil but not colored) supposed to be part of the final art?
