Assistance needed ASAP!

So---25 more days until October ends and I REALLY REALLY want to cover Namae no Nai Kaibutsu and I finally found an instrumental!! It's one by Marasy~ and there are regulations on when/if the instrumental is used. (It's the only way a Supercell video won't get taken down)

Does anyone at all know Japanese and can also send a short message to Marasy? I do not trust google translate's choppy understanding.


Here is Marasy's site. Rules on using piano pieces is the 3rd red point (if google is correct) and I just want to understand and fulfill the requirements to use this piece. It is absolutely beautiful and I have found none that are the full length of the song, nor sound as great as this version. Thus, if you can help or find someone to help me, please, that would be much appreciated. If not, a full (or if I must, shortened version) of a well-played piece, regardless of instrumental (violin, piano, guitar, all three?, etc) would be nice too. You know what they say..."Beggars can't be choosers" xD

I can't read what he says, but...! If you want to send him a PM, just get someone to check this. I asked a Japanese friend of mine to write this in Keigo a few years ago about covering a song that EastNewSound arranged. You can replace it with what is relevant? (Ex. take out the name of the song and change the English parts to yours)

I think the ending says something about using Japanese to respond is okay, or if they want to email or email, either is fine.



Google translate says he's fine with you using the cover as long as you use an "I was allowed to use" tag, but don't know how much you want to trust that. XD

Fourth red point is asking "I want to use your performing videos and vocaloid songs", he said "using the video's background music is very much welcome. Just drop a word ""I'm using it""" (使わせていただきました！) on blog or twitter and that'll be great. For live performances or CDs, mail him.

So looks like he's cool with using his BGMs. But I guess it doesn't hurt to send him the detailed letter above too XD
