Mixing like this isn't that hard ( in my opinion ) it sounds beautiful becuz of Lollia's & Un3h's vocals powering and their harmo mixed with it. As everyone could agree with the most basic mixing ever:
1. Record
2. Noise Removal
3. Compress
4. Slap some reverb
5. Slap with instrumental and call it good

But ofc, if u want to do all the very cool effects with mixing it takes trial and error and lots of practice to get it right. Most ppl would recommend Audacity for recoding, but I won't recommend it for mixing. It's a difficult program to use if u're not familiar with it. It's neat for recording, but mixing I wouldn't rlly go with that, especially if u're just new at mixing.

I would recommend a very basic program for mixing ( one that's for free. Don't try to find ways to get those purrty awesome mixing program that everyone uses. Find one that fits with u. U start out small and then start to expand on the basics into more difficult mixes. If u want to improve on mixing I'd recomend on taking requests or ask friends that u'd be willing to mix for them.

www thank you! I've done all of the basics based on intuition and not sure about it. Like what are you supposed to do on reverb to enhance things? I use audition for these past 3 months.  Smile

Ooh, audition. I've never used that program before. I generally do my mixing in Audacity ( filter & noise removal ), a rlly cheesey lame free audio editor program ( normalize, add some small reverb, compress ) and Sony Vegas Pro 9 ( volume control, mixing, reverb + effects, more in depth compression etc. ) and just play around with reverb settings and fix the reverb to my ear sounding. Depending on the song, I try not to add to much reverb otherwise it just sounds very echoy and idk abut others but that rlly bothers me a lot in mixing when it sounds more echoy than reverb xD just my preference tho lol
