Mm, that'd be cool, actually! I don't go on reddit very often, but I think I would post covers on a subreddit Smile

It'd also be another place to post if you're creating a chorus or something. As long as it gets advertised enough that people in the community knows it exists ^^ Maybe get it to some youtaite tumblrs as well to reblog about it o:

I don't why it should be made though; one can already post covers, recruit members, meet people who wish to join the Youtaite community, and use the chatbox to talk to each other on this forum.
A subbreddit can get really messy very quickly, without the correct moderation, and Reddit doesn't exactly have the nicest people on the internet.

This forum relies on the activity of the core chorus. When it was dead, the forums were, too. That, and a lot of the community isn't active here.

Correction, the "dead" forums had much less activity than it did before, but it doesn't mean that it was literally dead. There were still people salvaging what they could to create a chorus, though it was much harder than it really should've been.
You could say that now, the forums are "dead" as while there is an input of people contributing to something, there's a much less output of choruses being made; just like then when it was "dead".

So while yes, the majority of the people that once wandered this forum probably haven't returned, you have to consider the fact that there is still people here.

I don't see why you're insisting that I'm stomping my boot onto your thread, making it seem I want to see this idea put down in flames.
Personally, I don't care if you decide to make this or not; the choice and power is yours whether you decide on making this subreddit, but apparently people hiss and claw at others who don't have the same thought process.

Btw, if you're going to compare Reddit to Tumblr, at least make some correlation on how they are similar.
The last I heard, Tumblr was used for blogging, and one can post links and pictures on whichever one they so to please.
