Holy... Five pages in one night....

Regarding the animation: does the original video have to be there? I dunno, don't mind me. I think the group pictures would work, since they're just to identify the singers, they don't necessarily have to show to full detail. Besides, it would sort of coincide with the whole "mass collaboration" theme. The "one person for each group"... Sounds kinda messy. Since the groups are unisex and all...
I know the group pics gonna be a lot of work, but say we for example forget about the shading? Since it wouldn't show anyway. Disney did that too in its classics and it worked just fine. And for the animation, the lighting up each group as they go would work just fine.

I'm all in for the mini choruses after this massive one's done, I can help mix them too owo

That... may or may not be my fault about the five pages thing.

But if the group picture is still on and the artists think 50 is too many, then again, there's the selfy option. Everyone gets to make their own, they'll all be the same size... should be able to fit all of them in easily by layering...
I don't want anyone to feel pressured or overworked... You know?

I agree with Supuun. actually, i was trying to say that, but... I'm not too good with words. especially not that late at night.

Would it be easier if one artist did the full picture for each group then, kinda like for the mixing? Then that way, we wont need to transfer the files back and forth to have multiple people working on them too. And each artist wont need to work on all 50 people. It's just be.. 12? 13? whatever is in the group, assuming ALL of them turn out in the end. And since it'll be by group, I think stylistic differences can be forgiven. Might not even be that noticeable at that size.

I think we should mix the adlibs of our group, or at least clean them/ timing/ whatever else. Maybe as a separate file? Since they might overlap with main stuff. so Nako doesnt need to go through every single group's files. If the adlibs overlap from different groups, then Nako can make final choice about which ones to keep?

Mkay.
I can still do solid coloring wherever it's needed unless the artists do it themself.
In any case, for now we should still tell people to add their character description/reference pics.
UNLESS you already changed that on the document. -just woke up-

I think that's what they were getting at. Like how each group has a mixer, each group will have an artist..

There's too many artists for one per group, too few for one per role per group. There are some people who aren't quite confirmed as willing to do art, I think.

I'm about 80% sure the others who havent responded won't be responding.

It doesnt need to be exactly one per group. if anyone wants to/ can take a whole group, then that'll work, but if they dont have time/ cant do every part as perfectly as they'd like/ want help, then multiple people can still work on a group?
So, I guess only thing now is.. Would you rather do a whole group yourself, or would you like a part?

i mean.. if you guys still want to break it down as before, and have all artists working on all 50 pictures, then that's fine too

I guess the next big question after all this is solved is how many actually get their stuff in by April 15. Cause if there aren't a lot, none of this 'organizing' really matters I guess...
