How can I create a forum? :3

Hi~! ^^

Well, all you need to know is there - the title of this topic. I wnat to create a forum (always has) and i just don't know what to do or where I could do that, I mean, I want to make an awesome forum so everybody could come in there and register and they could say 'Super forum and super cool (or pretty, beautiful whatever'. I mean, everybody like a super awesome forum for they favorite anime/manga/video games etc etc, no? So, yeah... don't know if I should go to a site where you could do that for free and with necessary things installed already or do it myself be intsalling those programms to make my own forum... So, any idea????? X3

P.S: I laready starte on my ever first cover 'Love is War', I'm still working on it to make it better (normalising, taking away noises etc) and not... well, suck A@#. XD

You could try using the same host as this forum which is forumotion.com. Just type that in the address bar and there should be some sort of registration button there.
