New Chorus Group: Midnight's Rhapsody [Closed l Results Up]

So I came up with a new idea, I would love to create a more customized chorus group then some I have seen out there. And let me explain what I mean, members will create their own characters who will then be drawn by the artists whose pictures we will then use in choruses. They will name said character, give them a mini bio of sorts, and anything else they would like to add. Though we may cover vocaloid songs, we will do our own lyrics but we will also create our own music and find instrumentalists to work with. We will sing in both English and Japanese, and the chorus will consist of both males and females. Each and every person will help create the lyrics for songs, and for our original songs each person will help guide the instrumentalists with what we would like. We may also upon request, take up jpop/kpop/pop songs and tweak them with our own lyrics. Lastly, members may also post solo songs which can stay as individual character works, or later be turned into choruses.

Oh cool. ^^ I've actually always wanted to create a group like this; making their own characters and songs and whatnot. However, I wasn't sure if it was possible and if any one would be interested. I'm glad that someone actually made it!

Specializations: My voice is really strong and is known as the "middle voice", where it can go high and low but not too much of both. It's better for volume more than anything and I can do somewhat scream-singing. (Not screamo, but when your singing has kind of yelling points in it. I'm also good at doing lower harmones (forgot if that's the term, but whatever~).
Can you mix/animate/draw/play an instrument: I can draw, but currently only on paper, so that might not be good for your artist thing. However, I can do improved character references if it was so wished (like somebody drew something but wanted someone else to draw a better reference for the artist?). But, like I said, it would be on paper. >__< I actually have a tablet, but I'm not yet used to drawing on it, and I don't know the programs and stuff to use and color and.. uh.. ;A; yeah.
Would you be able to help with the above things if requested: Um. The only thing I can do is sing and do the improved artist references as stated above. ^^; Sorry. I would love to help on other things, but I don't know how. Maybe if it was well explained to the point that I know well and understand, I could help on other things. If someone could help me with my tablet drawing abilities and stuff, I probably could help with artist stuff eventually. ^^;

Vocals: Any two on my channel are fine. I'll upload more later...so please don't consider this final.
Specializations: I'm mostly mezzo soprano, but I have a range down to Tenor and up to most Soprano...but I doubt I could sing past a G#. I'm also a good mimic of voices and I honestly do try to sound like the original song as much as I can. The only ad libs that I would be able to add would be in English, and I'm not terribly creative either. Screamo...is iffy on me. I certainly did it on a World is Mine cover that I never uploaded because it was scary. And no rapping. Just no rapping.
Can you mix/animate/draw/play an instrument: I can draw, but it's just traditional line art...not too sure if that can help you. Mixing I'm very iffy at since I only have audacity. But I play violin!

Specializations:
strong points- I'm soprano, I think x3 anyway, my voice suits ballads more often, but I sometimes use the lower register for harmonies and I think it sounds fine. The usual things people note about my voice is the smoothness, and the timing. I always sing with the original while watching the ups and downs of the wave pattern so I know where the beats are supposed to go, that's probably why they commend my timing. The pitches can be off by half a note, which is why I always need to practice x.x

sing really high- actually, I can sing somewhat of a whistle. you know the ending of saiunkoku monogatari? (title: saikou no kataomoi. warning it maxed out my mic. http://www.box.net/shared/qk1aihk9hz)

Are you good at ad libs- I can't say I'm good at adlibs, I just usually put adlibs whenever I feel like it x.x It's mostly inspired by other versions of the song Smile

really strong? I don't think it's strong actually, I can belt out tones when needed, but the volume of my natural singing voice is soft.

screamo singing-nope
rap?-I can practice saying fast lyrics but rapping needs a certain vocal quality and rhythm

etc. I actually want to try becoming a backup vocals provider for at least one song x3 so if you want a "second-voice" person, as long as the second voice is higher, I'm up for it. I make up higher harmonies, but I'm weak with lower harmonies Smile

Can you mix/animate/draw/play an instrument: mix, not so much; I can animate if it's just simple things x.x I can't draw and I can't play an instrument confidently ^^

Specializations: I specialize in finding and making harmony, depending. If I can't copy an original harmony, I can make one that sounds similar to it. I prefer to ad lib at the right time of the song, whenever I feel it sounds good. I mostly just add my own "ohhs" and "ahhs". I can, but I prefer not to, rap (I have added my own sample of rapping in the Vocals section, just in case), as it requires a lot of practice and a lot of tongue biting. My highest natural is a G or A# above middle C, the highest with my energy I can pull is C twice above middle C (reference, Halyosy's high "shinjaisouda", the HIGH part, yet to be covered).
Can you mix/animate/draw/play an instrument: I can draw, but I still require work, and I cannot commit to any other projects at the moment. Samples in my DeviantArt located in my signature.

Specializations: I can't sing as high as many others, but I can sing quite low; not low as in genderbend-low though. I'm still learning to sing harmonies and ad libs, and I daresay I'm slowly getting the hang of it. I can do a bit of rap too. My voice isn't really strong, and is probably more suited for ballads and acoustic arrangements, but it also suit songs that are a little upbeat and pop-ish.

Can you mix/animate/draw/play an instrument: Can do a bit of mixing, and I can draw (paper only), but I'm no good at coloring. Played a bit of guitar and piano, but I'm a little rusty now. Wouldn't mind picking those instruments up again for this project though.

Specializations: I've been told I have a strong voice... in both positive and negative ways. OTL My voice is so different to the point where people can't pin down another similar-type voice except for Shakira. =A=;;;; The highest I'll ever go is the highest range in "Romeo and Cinderella." Anything higher than that... no. Confused

I have a background in drama as well, so if there's any voice acting lines, I can pull them off pretty decently.
Harmonies... so-so.
I also translate most of my lyrics... I have a background in songwriting since the... 7th grade?? I was part of a student songwriting program where people from the music industry would come in and teach us the ins and outs of both the art and the trade. The organization's still around, but I graduated from the program nearly 4 years ago. (I'VE IMPROVED GREATLY SINCE THEN!!) So, if you guys ever decide to translyricize songs, just ask me~! (Also, I'm Korean, so I can translyricize K-pop songs for you, too~ ^^)
