Those were my TOP two favs...

I've got say my MOST favorite anime that is extremely old (not really), is Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam Wing, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Sailor Moon... I think they are old school, right?

I was a superfans of Sailormoon, Hunter X Hunter, and Cardcaptor Sakura :3

Card Captor Sakura, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter x Hunter, Gate Keepers, Flame of Recca, Ultra Maniac (is this old? OAO), Rayearth, Fushigi Yugi, and probably a lot more which I forgot XD

...Oh heeey, I watched Toward the Terra too! 8'D I liked the 2007 version better though *shot*

BUT ANYWAYS BACK ON TOPIC. CCS, Great Teacher Onizuka and Revolutionary Girl Utena are the ones that pop into my head immediately as favourites, but when I was younger I also had a deep love for Demon Hero Wataru. 8'DD Maaaan I miss the old shows *A*

UFO Baby / Daa!Daa!Daa!, Sailor Moon, Shadow Skill, Gate Keepers, Flame of Recca, El Hazard, Shin Hakkenden, Fushigi Yuugi are a few of my old favorites. The earliest one i remember watching was Voles V, and later on was BT'X~

I miss the old shows.

Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura come to mind right off the back for just being able to start so many trends afterwards~~ <333 I would love to watch more old school anime though because they're priceless. I need to get around to more Tezuka. He is the man who began all of this XD;; The Godfather of Anime and all ^^;;

I liked shoujos... Candy Candy, I really hated how it ended though. And Georgie same thing. AND SO MUCH DEPRESSING CRAP but I love them, I must be a masochist.

Revolutionary Girl Utena was the one that started all of it for me. (I blame it for making the 10 year old me question gender identities and ultimately producing the gender-confused child I am now.)
Don't know if this was ever made into an anime, but I really like Kaze Hikaru when I read it a while back...
If Saiyuki counts as old school, then it would definitely be number one on my charts. (Minekura-sensei!!! Just finished reading Gaiden today.)

CardCaptor Sakura, Daa!Daa!Daa!, X(1996), Ranma 1\2, Inuyasha, Tokyo Mew Mew [I don't think the last two are that old, but still... = w =;;]...

Ooh~ I didn't grow up on this one, but my mom did, and she showed me some episodes on YT a few years back: Voltes V.
