just my opinion but i think the volume needs to be adjusted more..
its like some people got louder volume and drown others out especially when there are duets or 3 people singing?
needs to be more well blended..
try lowering down volume of people with louder or sharper voices and up those with softer vocals?

Ahh hmm ...
The one thing that bothers me the most would be the timing cause the vocals are kind of off >o<;
I think the ending part, after Miku joins is pretty good though.
Another thing is background noise when no one's singing.
But I think the priority would be fixing the timing and whatnot, to make sure everyone's singing at the same time and that we're all on time with the background music.
Nice job on a first time mixing job though ^^
