Project Sohly: Re-introduction 2011!

Ciao and Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening

My name is Sohly, and its a pleasure to meet you all.
Or at least, I believe that is what I had said 2010.

I first tried joining the YTC Forums back in 2010, but with the burden of school and various other issues I was not able to follow through on anything that I had originally planned. So with the new year and a new chance to try again

*takes in a deep breathe*

My name is Sohly, and I am an aspiring English Vocaloid Vocalist.

I originally started singing as an Exhibition Project for school where I had allocated 6 months of the school year to learn the basics of singing. Since then I haven't been doing much singing. On January 2011, I had decided to continue my pursuit of singing, and since then I have been slowly start to self-learn once again.

Dubbing Vocaloid songs was actually a promise that I made to a certain someone on an odd day in the summer. (But I'm sure I can get into that on the My YTC Story section ^^)

During the Exhibition Project time frame I had a small channel

The channel is now inactive and I have moved to another channel

As of now, there is nothing to view, but I hope have an upload in the future!

With the new year I hope to progress and make new friends
My goal is to share my love of Vocaloid in my own style.

Just a question though... Why'd you decide to make your first account inactive? You have some great covers over there, and not to mention a lot of subscribers. Just curious, so it's okay if you don't answer XD

My apologies for taking so long to get back to you x.x;
I have been having connectivity issues where I am, and YTChorus seems to have been affected by it. . . ;;;

So it seems, maybe it was just a good month to join YTC back then.
*Sohly HEALS* Where did the whole shooting themselves start anyways x.x;

The reason why the first channel is inactive is because of a change in perspective. I figured with a new outlook on how I wished to go about being a Vocaloid Transposer, I should create a new channel to reciprocate.

Although... I think I will be even slower with the uploads than I had been with SohlSeung. . . Hopefully progress will come ^^

I am Sohly ;;;

I would have to disagree for now, my voice could use practice and work. I have little knowledge in musical theory and harmonization. I also do not know how to mix vocals down with the instrumental. Still, I do hope to improve and do well in the future ^^

my voice needs to be improved as well. I don't really understand how to sing in a right way, how to breath, etc. just need to learn and work hard (if not, I would be a professional by now XD) good luck to us! keep learning

I must admit, I already took it upon myself to creep your youtube channels < u> I personally think you have a nice singing voice! o uo So, are you Korean still living in Korea? (Sorry if this seems like a weird question l-lol) Because your English pronunciation is really good xD;; I'm Korean too but I moved to Canada ten years ago, and your pronunciation is actually better than a lot of my Korean-Canadian friends'. I like your English dubs, by the way~ :D

Well, we all have room to improve, so, I wish you best of luck in your pursuits! Practice makes perfect, right? n wn

I haven't and won't be able to listen to your covers until I get home from school because my school awesomely blocked it, but from the looks of it, it seems you are good. You use big words... I like that. :D

My cultural background is having lived in Korea, the West Coast, as well as the East Coast. My english was never amazing, but I seem to have gotten rid of the accent or any other "blemishes" in my speaking ^^; Unfortunately, now my Korean does not sound too correct. So I have been taking classes in speaking and writing... I have spent the majority of my small life in America, so I adjusted because it was needed.

My history with meeting Canadians, they are always nice and cool to be around and have a wonderful sense of humor. I hope things are the same with you as well Miss Teru!

It is a pleasure to meet you as well on YTC Forums.

Do not worry about the covers, I wouldn't say I am better or worse from that point. It has been almost half a year since those uploads. I am quite out of practice ^^;
Blocking YT in my opinion is a healthy decision. It lets you focus on something else so that when school is over, you can begin to focus on YT xD Better to focus rather than to somewhat do both in my opinion.

Psh, I bet even if you are or aren't our of practice that you are better than me. Or at least, that is my opinion of it. Anyway, your voice is fantastic, and I bet even out of practice, that it sounds good. It's actually kinda sexay. /shot

But school is boring! Then again, you do have a point, my good sir. :D

Yes, and you speak like quite the scholar, might I add. A tad formal and extremely polite. It's a good thing, really. Lol.

You are far too kind. I am just an English Vocaloid Vocalist. To create and share my own love for Vocaloid. I hope that things work out well though, I am quite excited. ^^
