Do you like how you sing?

I think I'm fairly comfortable with how my voice sounds in song (I think I might wish it was a little more powerful :p) but I wish I could expand my vocal range. It's like I find a new song, but I'm all ways just short of being high or low enough for it, like I'm always two or one or less notes short of being able to do the song T_T

Honestly, no. I'm always so nitpicky when it comes to my voice and I am never satisfied. Once I record something and upload it, I can never listen to it again. That's just how I am.

I love my voice in person. And I feel like there's really nothing I can't do with it - I'm a first soprano in high school choir (which, I'm actually about to graduate so I suppose I was a first soprano) and I can power through the high notes in just about anything. I can't go very low, though - I'm the only one of my friends who can't sing Fire Flower 8D
But I don't know if I chicken out in front of the microphone or what, but the recording always comes out sounding blank and emotionless. The dubs I've uploaded are major confidence-killers.

Also, my Japanese pronunciation is a little shaky still. It's okay if I really focus on it, but then I can't focus on my notes so they go all wonky.

I have a lot of improving to do, and a lot of learning to accept myself, but once I do that I think I'll be really proud of my voice!

basically i *should* satisfy with my singing, but please...can anybody tell how to fix my pronounciation (having trouble with 'n' and 'd' phonetic orz orz )

N <-- And its the Nd sound i believe like "Andou" Q__Q' hard to explain but just keep repeating "N"aruto or something because japanese N and english /most N are the same. As for D <---David D-avid thats the D and for the same "repeating" thing just say Daijoubu .

Back to topic , I like the way I sing but I wish I could bring forth more power (..Technically speaking I do when i scream but....)

AND YES i am proud of my voice and how i sound, we all got our voices and shouldn't be displeased or whatever, we're all unique and we need to be proud of it

I actually don't like it, but I'm open minded enough to say I think I have potential. maybe it's the posture, and how it can crack at times, and how shaky I can be, I guess I'm not completely over the stage fright thing, but I think with practice I could make a decent singer

I love my voice, just I hate not doing it justice. I've become quite proud of how deep my voice can be.
Aside from that, the only things I don't like that is related to my voice would be technical things and the horrible perfectionist in me that I have to ignore so that I don't have fandubs sitting on my computer forever.

Mm, I like my range. 8D Well, but I seem to always have issues keeping in time/ pitching just so. And my friend says my Jap pronounciation is horribleawful. (Though I've ever let a friend majoring in Jap studies listen to my recordings, and it seemed to be ok... =\) But overall, if I work at it, I sound awesome. =D (Like people clapping after I finish the song kinda awesome.)

Well certain times not really. But it kinda changed now o.o

I used to think my voice was really powerless. Like, no matter how I sing it just sounds so flat and weird.

And then I realise (Thanks to my sister), all the while I wasn't really using my real voice. Because I couldn't. I had all my voice resonance at my facial area because my body was afraid to sing and hurt the throat. Sure, it allowed me to sing high notes. But there was no "bass" inside the voice. Like, when you record, you sound all airy, etc.

Once I discover how to actually sing without breaking off, and use my real voice. I was (finally) able to acheive a more powerful voice T_T I'm so happy.

But even still, I sound weird to myself XD!!! I don't hate it, but I find it a little irritating. I wish I can grab someone else's ear and hear my own voice from it.

I do... but not all the time. Like sometimes I wish I could hit higher notes and stuff, but generally, I don't hate it.

If you hate your voice, it's never gonna get better and you'll never feel happy about singing.

well I dunno..but I'm really happy to hear any comment about my voice so I can get better..

I sound like I have a cold a lot of the time and sometimes I wish I were a soprano, I can hit low notes which I know a lot of other girls can't, but I can't hit the high notes most girls can hit. But when at my best, I guess I'm fairly comfortable with my voice, yes.

I wish I could hit more low notes, too ): Being able to hit high notes is good, but singing songs an octave because I can't hit those few lower notes kills ears.
