Compressing Question Empty Compressing Question

For Adobe Audition, what are good compressor settings to use? I've just been using the Archetypal preset in the Tube-Model Compressor option and then normalizing my vocals but it makes my belting sound weak and the softer parts much too loud :[

What do you guys do?

i use Cubase to compress and mix~

i have use Audition for vocal compressing cause it sucks alot.
