Does anyone know if Luschka and Neko are English speakers or Japanese speakers?

They're really talented and I have my suspicions they may indeed be English speakers because their English sounds native (and neko has a bit of an accent when singing in Japanese) I'm not 100% sure though.

edit: Okay... I've practically answered my own question! Anyway, I did a little stalking and found out that neko is indeed an English Speaker since he was born in Canada. I'm not too sure about the origins of Luschka, but her twitter page says she is living in Tokyo...

I can hear a bit of a Japanese accent in Luschka's voice..doesn't really sound native to me.
