[AUDITIONS OPEN] The Seventh Me [NO DIRECT DUE DATE]

Hello! I'm ChocoKei, but please call me Kei. 8D I'm arranging a chorus for the song "The Seventh Me." The song is difficult and requires a bit of practice. Let's cut to the chase now. 

Requirements:

- Please have a good mic. A little noise is okay and I can most likely remove it, but since this song has very little music to it, it will be easy to hear a lot of stuff. What I mean by good mic is just not one pinned on a laptop that makes a muffled sound and you can hear the fan of the computer. 


- Have good pitch. I will not stress this enough. I'm not trying to be mean QAQ but this song requires very specific pitches since there are chords that must blend together. 


- Have good timing. It will make it easier for me to mix and since this song has a lot to do with timing, have it the best you can. In the silent part (when all the auditions are chosen), I will make an edit of the song to add a metronome sound so you can keep timing on that part of the song. 


- BE ACTIVE. The last chorus I did, it fell apart because people threw their auditions/parts at me and didn't come back. Please be available for any updates on the chorus and be active. Doesn't mean you have to post every day, of course. Just be there are ready when the auditions end and everything will be put in place.

AUDITIONS: 

Okay, here is how they're going to work. Each person has a different part to sing. It depends on what you audition for. Each audition has it's own file with about 3-4 files in it. I provided acapella versions of each line along with the lyrics. I did not sing the lines. I use UTAU and a ust (name of the person in the files) to have Namine Ritsu sing your parts so you won't be in the dark. I also provided the instrumental and the acapella files mixed with the instrumental so you know where it's going to go. 

1. Fill out the audition form listed below. (You do not need your audition file ready, you can update it whenever you like. Just has to be before the deadline.)


2. Go here and use the files to help you with your audition. 


3. Complete your audition acapella. You don't need music, I will test out the voice with music myself.


4. Be patient and I will make updates now and then. Once the auditions are over, I will plug people in and that will be the end of the audition.

Yes, this is going to be an active thing. It's just that nobody has been auditioning. So, if you can, please fill out the audition form and spread it around to people who may be interested!

PS. There is no sheet music. I can try and make some, but it would be terrible made. We are learning via sound. It says in the description

I would need to buy a mic that isn't a crap one, my laptop is pretty old. What do you recommend?

And, you don't need a SUUUUPER good one. I think a blue microphone would be fine. I use a blue snowflake. Just nothing like a webcame microphone, please. 8D
