Figuring out Kalafina harmonies?

Has anyone here covered a Kalafina song and managed to decipher their harmonies?

It's really hard to decipher their harmonies. Usually you can get harmonies by using a vocal removal function in programs like audacity(it's the one with the vocal removal function). But from some of their songs you cannot get the harmony even with the vocal removal function. When this happens I just decipher using my knowledge of how harmonies are made or vsq files or ust files.
