Hello Everyone looking at this..

I need help in Aegisub

I want to know how to make the words zoom in or out
I mean, for example;
The text is getting smaller/bigger
(I can't explain it clearly, sorry Crying or Very sad)

And also an effect that follows a certain object on the screen (I don't think this is possible, but maybe someone know) Neutral Question

I've been using aegisub for almost 2 years, and yet I don't much know all of it's effects.

If it's impossible in Aegisub, then how about telling me some programs that can do that?
