Update to Recruitment Rules!

Hello!

Just wanted to point out that the rules for Recruitment have been updated. You can find them here and here. Hopefully now they are much clearer. <3 If you have any questions, please ask them here.

As a reminder, I would also like to ask members to read through the Board Rules again, too. You can find them here. Since we also have a lot of new members joining (and therefore get to see their work!), please read the guidelines for posting threads in Share Your Work. You can find these here.

Last thing! Joker suggested we make a Help subforum for Graphics, so that is now up! If you need help with art for your OC, video, etc., making graphics, you can go to this forum! If you want to offer your help, you can also go to this forum!
