Cbox now has sound! Empty Cbox now has sound!

Thanks to Nazo, we now have sound in our cbox! :D As far as I can tell, it works best on Chrome. The only problem is that it can't be turned on or off. The good thing is that it doesn't ping for -every- message that is posted, so if there is a quick string, there are a few seconds of delay.

I will look for alternatives in the mean time.
