Anyone here follow Fushigi Yuugi? It was one of the first mangas I got into. I've been a fan of both the original and the prequel, Genbu Kaiden for a long time now. Now that Genbu Kaiden is officially over.. Makes me kind of sad, but the ending made me happy. Yuu Watase also mentioned that she was going to eventually write Byakko's story! I'm super excited for that. c:

Hmmm. Favorite character from the original FY:SS was Chichiri. Favorite character from Genbu Kaiden... I'm not really sure, but I really liked Takiko. She was awesome.


You can probably tell I'm a huge fan, too, just from my avatar. XD

I only know the anime. I watched the series and the OVAs though. This is the first anime as well that got me addicted xD

My Favorite Characters are Chichiri, and Chiriko xD

Been fan of Fushigi Yuuki since I was young
After that I checked all her other works. They are just. Wow.


Her drawing style is also great.

      It's been years since I've watched and read the Suzaku arc, but I remember liking Tasuki (I rooted for him... even when he wanted to-----), and the twins Amiboshi and Suboshi (such sadness)

      I also really like Noriko.
      He (not really sure what kind of pronoun he wanted) was hilarious.
