Effects help please? in Eastnewsound song

Around 4:47, the "kanatte" has three efects, an effect that i already have, widerness, it's called for me, also one that like lowers the volume and then comes up again, and the repetition thing. The last two i don't know how to do them.
And in 5:30 has another one, like a reverberation and a little robot-izied.
Thanks in advance! I use reaper, but any VST or help is appreciated.

At 4:47, I don't know what you mean by "wilderness", but it seems as though in the song, the treble and mids were lowered (leaving the bass), making it seem quieter and muffled ^_^

At 5:30, you may want to try Flanger and turn down everything but the treble~
