Kanon 2006 "Last Regrets" Chorus


A chorus for all genders to audition for. Since StudyxStudy went nowhere, I want to try this song. It is the one anime song I have loved since I first heard it back in 2006 and it's about time a chorus was made of it.

Project Information
"Kanon" is probably my favourite work by Key. The story is set in winter and follows a young man as he returns to a small town after seven years. He remembers nothing about the town other than he'll be living with his aunt, Akiko Minase, and cousin, Nayuki. As the story progresses, he meets a number of girls who knew him from the past [except Shiori, of course] and begins to remember the events that happened all those years ago.
Now, just because you send in a part doesn't mean that you will get in. As always, I will be very picky with who I choose.

How do I try?
- Sing the section that I have listed below.
- Record in MP3 format only.
- Label your audition as "Alias_Kanon_AUD" [For example: AMESHI_Kanon_AUD]
- Put your audition onto box.net and send me a link.
- No karaoke tracks. I want just your vocals but do sing along in time with the music using this off vocal.
If you do not follow these simple instructions, I will not accept you. Simple as.

Microphone Requirements
This is said so much in every thread but your lines must have:
- Clear sound
- No background noise [tvs, etc]
- No echo
- No static
- No peaking
- No effects
The recordings should be as clean and clear as possible.

The Song
Last Regrets is originally sung by Lia and was created for the visual novel "Kanon" which was later developed into two seperate anime series. The song was also used as the opening theme for the 2006 animation by Kyoto Animation.
