And what kind of exercise routine do you go through? Happy Go Lucky

Me! I don't really exercise, but I do want to get serious about (especially since i want to exercise with my dad; he needs it more than i do)

Also, do you know a good way to lose weight through exercising?

I walk my dog and the P.E at school and if i'm bored wii fit Happy Go Lucky and you know the usual walking around outside and walking to school but that's about it

Both twice a week sweet

At summer, i´ll bike 1 mile almost everyday.
´cuz mother doesn´t want me 2 stay at home. She force me 2 bike 2 the city. And it is 4.9 km 2 the city and 4.9 km back Ha...ha... So i guess that would b 1 mile

Last night I was thinking about jogging this morning, but when I woke up I didn't feel like it whylazynesswhy?!?!
Maybe I should use my Wii more needs to play more Skyward Sword >:[, or should I use my Kinect more (sadly we only have two games for it)

I played some Skyward Sword just a little while ago, and now my shoulders hurt ;A;

I would try some Child of Eden (Kinect), but then my shoulders will hurt even more. I could also try playing Kinect Adventures again; that uses your entire body Happy Go Lucky but I'd rather jog around my neighborhood in the cool fresh air.

The most effective and easy exercise would be jump roping. You can do this in the comforts of your own home - either the living room or the back/front yard. It burns a lot of calories too, just make sure you do it for a decent amount of time, say 40 minutes to 60 minutes a day.

DDR is particularly good as well, though only effective if you can play at the highest or second highest difficulty level.

And don't forget to stretch!

Dancing just for fun occasionally, biking every day in the summer, badminton for up to 6 hours a week all year round :D

Errr, I work out 3 - 5 times a week. For cardio, I usually go on the elliptical trainer for about 50mins or I just jog around the neighborhood for half an hour before going back on the elliptical for 20mins. After that, I do strength training. (weights, crunches, etc). So my whole workout usually sums up to about 2 hours on average.

But you can't lose weight just by exercising, make sure put your diet in check too. Count calories and make sure you get at least 1000 - 1200 calories in a day.

I wouldn't say it's a fast way of losing weight, but it certainly works. It took me about 4 months to lose 22lbs, so yeah. xD; Tried, tested and works for me. (y)

I'm training Karate, twice a week... and i'm thinking about training Tae Kwon Do too. I love martial arts /o/

I think the best way to lose weight is finding something you like to do - or, in this case, something you and your dad -, so you'll have fun while exercising, and will be less likely to drop it because you're lazy/not in the mood today/whatever. I'm lazy too, i know what it is to procrastinate forever Te-he!

Also, since you like gaming: Dance Central is quite the workout. xD There's Your Shape too, that's focused on exercising.

Does running to the class because I was late for the lecture counts? *kicked*

*ahem* I don't really exercise... I just regularly run to the class because I was late, or running back to the house (after walking 100 m away) because I left something important at home, or accompany my friend played Pump It Up twice a month.

I'm thinking about taking regular jog and push up and sit up to flatten my tummy and building some muscles on my arms...

NAH i just eat and sleep. Just miraculously i lose weight and gain weight a different speeds. IDK how my body does it. If i need to lose weight, i just sleep, if i gain weight, i need to eat. LOL I would only exercise for my growing abs -has none- so yeah 8D. But in my elementary days i joined every sports team lol, highschool teams are hard to get into.
