How do I know what each character will look like?
When do I know to start drawing the characters?
Are all the Illustrators going to participate in drawing the characters, or will you just pick one person to draw them all?

Once the list of the participants of the chorus (singers, instrumentalists, maybe illustrators and animators), I'll get everyone to send a picture of how they want their characters to look like to the illustrators.

When do I know to start drawing the characters?
Once the participants have sent in the pictures, you can start with the drawing =)

Are all the Illustrators going to participate in drawing the characters, or will you just pick one person to draw them all?
To ease the stress, I'll assess all the illustrators' strengths and abilities and most likely create a team for illustrations.
