Name of given prefecture: Iwate
Gender: Female
Hair style: Low pigtails o: -points at design sketch-
Details on clothes: Short kimono with a sash. Sash has a huge as all hell bow 8D. And a random frilly miniskirt under it. -points at sketch.. again- And umm.. it's offshoulder. ;D
Um, I know Rou used this picture too, but [ ♥ ] is a good reference for the bottom part of it. xD Top part's supposed to look over-sized ish... like umm
[ ♥ ]. ;D
Color of hair: A really light un-saturated brown colour..? xD It actually kinda looks silver-y. I based it off Tomoyo [ ♥ ] but a bit lighter. owo
Color of eyes: ... light/bright green? ;D -points at reference-
Color of skin: I was thinking something a bit more on the pale side, but I dunno what shade would look better. xD
Color of yukata/kimono: White, with light purple flowers (Iwate's national flower - [ ♥ ]. Thing under it is a light purple too. ... and the rest you can see from the design sketch. xD
Pose: I don't really mind. xD But umm... [ ♥ ] I do love Saitama/Tochigi/Shiga's poses here. xD
Facial Expression: MOE MOEEEE ./shotdead
.. umm. Something.. innocent-looking? xD
Mannerism: LOLIIII- ./shotdead again
Okay, well.. she looks... innocent. Maybe childish/naive, but really sweet? I was actually thinking one of those crazy sleep-obsessed people (like me!) that walk around oblivious to everything around them too 8DD. I'm just describing myself now orz
Other: I got an idea of adding a dark green feather like the national bird thing (Green pheasant) of Iwate to the headpiece. xD Dunno if it'd look good though.

Range: Mezzo-soprano.
Has an odd edge to her voice. owo
Hairstyle: Link. You may choose to make the hair fully black or replace the red with green.
Clothes: I am told Mie has much to do with ninjas, so the standard black ninja garb is fine. Green or purple accents would be very much appreciated.
I also request that my character wears brown scarf with a golden pin of Mie's emblem. Emblem here.
Mannerisms: Has a deep love for tea and seafood. Likes being outside. Very contemplative.
