Actually, I think this is a fair idea if a link is provided for all members to access. Taking into consideration that there are members on the forum who want to get to know people but don't have Skype [I had a friend who wasn't able to download it at all so we had to make other ways of speaking].

My suggestion: Make it and then just see if it dies or not. No harm in attempting it.
