Crazy dreams ought to be lucid dreams :'D Which I have had the fortune of experiencing once when I was little.

It started off pretty intense. I was running away from something, down a moonlit cobble stone road that ran parallel to the coast. I had no idea what I was running from, but I remember being pretty terrified of whatever it was. And then suddenly that thought made it's way into my mind: I really had no idea what was chasing me. Which started a chain of sudden thoughts like: I don't know where I am, how I got here, or where I was previously. Then I stopped running and bravely turned around...

And saw nothing xD

And then it occurred to me that I was dreaming. But this realization happened to me while I was still in the dream! And I got to play around in my dreamworld consciously! But not for long b/c after I realized I was dreaming I was like, The heck? I ought to wake up. And then I closed my eyes, then opened them, only to reveal I was still in that world. But then I closed my eyes tighter and was able to wake up :'D

It's actually a very long dream, but I can't remember most of it... But here's what I remember clearly:

I was hiding in a toilet stall, which the separator is only waist-length, so when I sit I can still see the person beside me. And there's no door. While I was sitting there, waiting for my friends to help me, I looked to the stall on my left and found Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton) sat there. He seemed upset and his face was drenched in his own sweat. I don't know why, but I reached out my hand to touch his cheek, and it was wet and cold. He looked at me, still with a very troubled face.

Anyway I found out that in my dreams, I can feel and taste and see colors, but I can't speak or hear. If there's a dialogue, it's just popped in my head, like a telepathy. Also, I can't run (it feels like running in the water), but I can jump for a very long distance. Anyone feel the same?

I actually remember dreams being like this when I as younger. it was scary every time I ran, it felt like weights. But then I could jump and sometimes fly if I wanted to. It was a random phase of dreams I had from like 9-11 years ol I'm sure, but it sounds very much like that.

Hey Agito! I know exactly what they are, they are dream signs! Dream signs are constantly occurring things that only happen in dreams. In other words they are your personal signs that tell you, you are dreaming! For example in my dreams I am always put into a chase situation in the beginning and whenever I try to punch someone it either bounces off, misses, or doesn't ever do a thing to the person (yes...I'm violent >:D) and whenever I fall down it is impossible for me to stand up. Tetsuki that's not fair! I can't lucid dream, it's sooo hard. But most of my dreams are crazy nonetheless. Why did you wake yourself up? I would just stay there and keep playing Lol. I consciously woke myself from a dream.

ddrXero64, your dreams sound interesting. My dreams are all completely random. One day I dream about life and then the next night I'm falling off a skyscraper :/

Try listening to binaural beats, something I've recently discovered after being entranced by terror from the lavender town story (long story, but legit, I could make a thread if you want, but that video/song now haunts me). In the song there were binaural beats added that never went into the game. A guy added it and it does a lot to you.

For people who have a good ear for music, like most here, binaural beats can affect you a lot. There are some made that are meant to cause lucid dreaming! Try finding some free tracks, and listen to them as you go to sleep, let me know what happens, because if you can forcefully have lucid dreams you'll love going to sleep every night, trust me lol

(lucid dreams, the complete control ones where you can make anything happen)

*shudders* Lavender Town. The music was so scary as kid. I remember going on the bike to change the tune LOL
I heard binaural beats could ruin lucid dreaming. I guy I talked to used to lucid dream but when his friend told him to try out binaural beats he said he couldn't ld anymore, but I'll give it a try.
I've been trying to lucid dream for a while. I look forward to sleeping every night! Lol. But I've had no luck so far, but I've been increasing my dream recall for a while. Eventually, I hope to have one soon.
Man I had a crazy dream two days ago but I forgot to write it down. xD

If you need help finding free tracks let me know. I know this one site that has a music player for each one, and it's 30 minutes long. That's the longest track I can find specifically for lucid dreaming

(though I think I could rip the track off the site easily, so then I could put it in Windows Media Player on repeat, but eh, I'm too lazy too much work

Really? I tried to sleep earlier and I had a Lucid Dream induction track playing and it easily put me to sleep. But since it was only 10 minutes long if it went back to the beginning I "woke up". So it would help if you could help me find longer ones. I'll look for some other tracks and I'll try it again tonight.

In fact, I've never seen cat or sky during my dreams... only roads and buildings. But one time I dreamed that all my teeth fell. It was totally scary, I think... no pain or anything, just suddenly all my teeth fell and my whole mouth was filled with blood...

About lucid dream, I've only experienced it once........ in the middle of a dream where I was chased by dozens zombies Ha...ha...

I just suddenly realized that it's just a dream, and I force myself to wake up. I don't even think just to change those zombies into hot guys or something, I just want to wake up.

It's fake, I don't mind it. But the lavender town story one is horrible. the binaural beats made me feel incredible sadness, it was scary. and i dont like to exaggerate but it is true... i wrote an entire post an explanation for it on another site maybe i can take the time out to make a thread here.

but i warn everyone who is good at listening to music (everyone here..) and who is emotionally in touch to not listen to it with headphones on, TRUST ME, you will feel legitimate painful sadness. i can make a thread soon if you want..

I'm not crazy just to say, I can explain it logically. Smile

@Agito What?! Symptoms? You make it sound like having dream signs is a sickness. >:L xD Yeah but those were just examples and my teeth fell out too! They didn't hurt but it scared me!!! :O Yes, you could've have made it so a dozen of hotties were chasing you~ xD but you should have better luck next time.

@Xero (I almost put Gero...I get confused sorry xD) OMFG I had a lucid dream last night! But I didn't have much dream control -.- So instead I spent the whole time flying around. IT WAS SO FUN!!! ...until I woke up.

^Really? Wow, that stuff is hard to do, to get that far you really have to have a heightened awareness while being able to stay really calm, or else you wake yourself up.

But dang, you got that far? If you know what you're doing over time you can control them, I'm glad you enjoyed that! Wow, I'm quite jealous :D

No I am a business major with hidden aspirations to major in the psychology of love/sex, but I love psychology in general.

And I like dreams, DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS TO CONTROL YOUR DREAMS?

I could fly and still eat ice cream at the same time, I could be sneaky and then dunk on Kobe Bryant, it's ridiculous. Controlling dreams are awesome, and if I was ever put into a coma at least I'd be enjoying the hell out of my dream xD

Yeah....dreams are awesome. I remembered I got obsessed with them after watching Inception XD So many hours spent studying them LOL
I'm still going crazy over my first lucid dream. (YEAH WOOHOO~)

When I get into college I'm majoring in medicine ;D

I forgot my dream last night. *too lazy to write it down*
