Effects for Migikata no Chou??
Yossshhh! here's the gig, so i'm trying to have Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder with my friend [Len version], but seems likely, we dont really know how to make those "m-m-m-m-m-migikata ni" that effect, and the opening when rin sang so little and old radio-ish in that part....
I'm using audacity, and if any of you guys can help me?? >.<

Re: Effects for Migikata no Chou??
For the "mmmmmmmmigikata", there's no real way around it other than to manually hack up the syllable and just pasting it over and over again. Since you're using Audacity, I'd copy the "mi" sound, and just...duplicate it like 6 times, and then time it all a fraction apart so it sounds stuttered. I did something similar in this song 8D;;
I'm not too sure about sound effects in Audacity, I'm sure someone else can help with that 8D.

Re: Effects for Migikata no Chou??
Zoom in suuuuuuuper close, and then sort of drag them around so there's a tiny bit of gap between each track? That'll create the stuttering effect. Play around with the stutters to get your desired amount of a "break" between the "mi-mi-mi-mi" thing :3.
All I can say is fiddly effects like these take a lot of patience and good hearing XDDD

Re: Effects for Migikata no Chou??
Guys.
There is actually something known as a Glitch VST. Which does things like that for you.............................!
Except I don't know how to use it. My mixer friend from Nico is trying to teach me BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
Uh yeah, figured I should report this info XD.

Re: Effects for Migikata no Chou??
It's not really that I don't understand. It's that Japanese terminology and English terminology are different, so I have a hard time "transliterating" if that makes sense?
It's an extremely complex VST though o_o;;. I've got the GIST of it but..............eh.
