Its a kind of horror/mystery series owo. I would highly recommend it along with Higurashi no naku koro ni (by the same creator)~!

Yeah, naku literally means 'to cry' and together the english titles are "When the seagulls (umineko, literally sea cats?) cry" and "When the cicadas (higurashi are a breed of cicada found in Japan) cry" :D
