Christmas of '09

That time of year is approaching us once again. And what comes with Christmas? Snow, presents, Christmas trees, and carols. If I may suggest, the yt chorus can sing some carols. Sure it may not seem anime related but showing some holiday spirit can't be that bad right?



Last year, nico douga made their own version of the Christmas carol (mainly in Japanese). So why not show them our spirit? And besides we already know how to sing it . . .

Hmm, wonder if a special audition should be held for this? Well, there's plenty of songs to choose from. But whether the song should be sung in Japanese or English; which would be better? Are we aiming for the youtube community or the nico site?

I could contrive a list of songs, but I think it's better to get suggestions from you all.

Mabye someone is up to make an off vocal of that one?
We had some people how made arrangements for the shiningray so it wont be impossible for this either, there should be many people on youtube who could help

EDIT: didn't see the off vocal, I think it's pretty nice, but mabye it would be fun with some arrangements anyway lol

I suggest Silent Night, Holy Night. Because to my knowledge, there's a version in EVERY FREAKING LANGUAGE. Then everyone sings in different languages. Pure chaos. 8D
