Oh dear, I've been so busy this past week and next week and I'm afraid I won't finish the mix on time and make the animation.... we need an animator stat!!!!

There's still more than a week left to the deadline. Enough time to find someone who can mix and animate within that time... I personally don't think this is being fair for your team seeing as that it doesn't look like you've consulted them first. Who knows? Perhaps someone in your group can animate and someone else can mix. In any case, don't give up

I can help with mixing if you want. Since I am probably not as busy as you are, but that's your choice ofcourse

Ok I guess I'll work on this, for a little while... MeganeAya what software do you use? If you use Vegas great on you you can do the animating... i haven't mixed the song yet.... I can't be bothered giving you the avatars... orz so I decided to give us our own characters

If worse comes to worse, there's nothing wrong with going with a classic chorus. All you need is WLMM or WMM and save the images and put them in order, like a slide show.

If there's no animators, please make a basic animation, but upload the chorus ;_;

Just at least put up a video with the vocals. It would be very selfish of you to just waste your members' faith in you. They entrusted you with their time and their vocals and if you just give up now because you're busy, what do you think people would think of you? They joined your group and gave up their chance to join others. If you don't at least put a video up, then you've just given up not only your work but theirs as well. That's no fun for anyone.

If you're a leader of a project, you can't just say "Oh, I'm busy. I'll just drop it" without first informing your members. That would be unfair.
As a leader, you have to do the best you can to finish things. That's part of your responsibility.
