When I was in grade 5 with that height, people used to call me the "tall girl". Then somewhere along the way, I stopped growing haha.

Stop drinking coffee and drink milk .3. ( it doesn't help you grow LOL but it helps your bones+calcium

hm, I've never drank coffee once in my life! Or energy drinks, ugh.

I like fruit juice, milkshakes, smoothies, though admittedly I've drank soda quite a few times too. but not much anymore ^^

I'm about 5'6".
The most I've grown over the years since I was 5th grade has been maybe 2 or 3 inches. I wish I could get another 2 inches at least because now I'm the shortest in my household (and my little brother loves to rub it in) and on the shorter side of my family.

Yea, without crossing too much into he ice cream zone. I love fruit drinks too, anything that has to do with it I swear. V8, juice, smoothies, alcoholic fruit drinks on new year's, homemade fruit punch, frozen fruit drinks, etc. etc.
