Ohoho. So basically; the awards is counted from the the half of the last year. So like, right now; we are counting the timeline from October '09 to October '10. So you have plenty of time to vote and all. =w= Yep, for 3 months. The timeline is a year, but the voting period is two months. Yeah. Any questions, ask. I'm pretty sure I made some people confused.

Well when you think about it, the people you usually talk to here are your friends, so you would know more about them. That being said, I can't exactly nominate someone for best singer whom I don't listen too. So technically all nominations are going to be biased in some way and there isn't that much of a way to avoid it.

And sure it's normal for people to vote for those they know, yeah; sure, I'm not saying you're biased all the time like that, but some people, well; sometimes they don't even deserve a vote, or something like that and you vote for that someone just because he/she is your friend, that's not fair, is it now? This is what I'm trying to say. I probably don't mind if you REALLY do think he/she deserves it.
