ok so the bad first, just to get them over with...:
ok, well, sometimes, your harmonies and melodies arent sychronized right and some of the harmonies clash a bit, as they tend to be a bit flat, and sometimes you are off with the music all together. you also should gradually make your voice stronger throughout the song (except the 4th verse, because thats supposed to sound pretty XD ), so that by the last verse, youre at your strongest (relatively)

but there is some good news :D! :
ok, well, the quality is much better than it was before (as in there is less static and your voice is on BOTH sides of the headphones, not just one XD ) i can tell that your voice has a good sound now that i can hear it clearly ^.^ although your harmonies are off, youve got a really good idea thats in the right area, i just think its going to take a little bit more work, thats all ^.^ i think that your pronunication was good, but i dont speak japanese, so really dont have the right to vouch for that...XD you also have some nice emotion in it too :D i like that :D

@Chou: you did really awesome :D in some parts, the music overpowered your voice, and the "la-la" parts were too low, unless they were meant to be harmonies to the "la-la" parts XD and is the chorus part harmony too? O.o

@Chi - Yeah, the music overpowered me even though I turned down the volume. >_> And the lala parts were supposed to be harmonies. The chorus isn't harmony, just to amplify my vocals in the chorus since the music overpowered it too much. >_>
