As for outfit, you can go with something like this!
cardigan. Simple shirt is okay, if you can give her an owl necklace? Or some kind of owl in her clothes or hair. Are you able to give her hair this color with hair style/accessories (but no goggles)/outfit coloring like this one?

AHHH how cute!! I love the colors and the little ribbon in the hair, that was totally unexpected! The outfit makes her look so cool, too; usually she's dressed so conservatively. XD

I do have a small request if it's not too much trouble. Are you able to make her smiling a little, just like in your avatar? If you aren't able to change it, then no worries! :D
