For the most part producers will post links to downloads of off-vocals in the description of their songs. You usually wouldn't come across off-vocals anyways, and the download given by the producer would probably be of higher-quality than anything else.

For on-vocals, if you want to sing along, if the producer doesn't have a link, then there's usually youtube videos with downloads, although at that point the right thing to do would be to buy the song. Which is understandably difficult for people who live outside of Japan.
