Go to http://nicosound.anyap.info/ and put the URL of the video you want to download the MP3 from yellowish area where you can see URL and MP3. Press Enter. After the page loads, underneath in image of the video and the video description, there should be a button showing パソコンへ転送. Click that to start your download and make sure Javascript is enabled.
