Whenever you finished a cover...

What do you do :D?

I thought of this when I realised I've been hearing my new cover for like, 55124124231298x times LOL!!!!!

Anyone has this habit too? I'm hearing so many times partly because

1) I'm really happy and feel very accomplished (hard work pays off, you know? LOL)
2) Trying to find possible mistakes

Upload to Youtube, maybe post it, occasionally listen, and pray my @$$ off it gets views and comments and likes and favorites, since noone bothers to view my stuff anyways... ;.;

May try embed your videos in ur siggy :D? I think it'll help to increase the views.

@Hana_Mahone_Se-Mi_WolFox : not that people don't care, we all care for each other. Here's a tip, just make everything look "more attractive". If we're to talk frankly, make everything look nice. On your profile here, your ava, siggy, and everything. Your channel, the layout, the channel picture, the contents. Its worth it, if you try.

Back on topic. I do that a lot, I'll prolly be playing that new cover everytime I got on the net for like months. Just like that. Esp when I knew I did a good job on it, the more I love the cover I made. Its worth it.

2. If i feel it's good, i'll upload it to youtube
3. share it to my facebook/twitter account
4. increase the views
5. get a meditation [LOL]
6. search a new inspiration and a new mood to make another one
7. make it again when i'm ready

I think I have recorded near ten / fifteen songs in the last few months and I've uploaded one.

I'll record, then listen to the raws with the bgm, re-record here and there, silently squeal about how it's not-so-fail. Noise removal, equalization, adjust volumes, etc. (<-Can't quite call it mixing...) Export as mp3, listen ~10 times on repeat. I'll at some point decide that it really isn't so fail, and set it to a picture/video, after which I upload on Youtube and listen nonstop to the version I have saved on my computer to avoid increasing my views (since that way I won't know how many times people actually viewed it).
After an hour or so, it'll suddenly hit me that it wasn't as good as I'd first thought it was, and I'd try to avoid listening to it for a while. -_-"

LOL yup i am pretty much like that too.
Listen to it again to check for statics (because of my fail mic), any off-tune and unsatisfied parts, then I'll re-sing and check again.
I don't really listen to it when I feel that it's not good enough .. It happened with a few songs, sigh..
but if it happens to be okay, then great! :D

Yep when I feel that the cover I've did isn't nice, I dont bother to hear it alot LOL!

- hate it again.
- show my boyfriend, maybe, and then keep it to myself.

I would just record it, do all the mixing, listen to the demo, and then when i think its 'good enough', i quickly upload it onto youtube because i'm too excited to check my singing, then read my littel to no comments, then grieve and regret about how i sound and that i should've sang it better and stuff XDD

Too lazy to type it all so I stole someone elses list DX but yeah, pretty much what I do.

Lately, after I've gotten over the initial excitement of having finished a cover, I go and listen to the last song I covered before it to compare and see if there's been any improvement. Then it hits me that I sound like two different people and I can't really compare anything and I face-desk. -_-"

I do keep fandubs for fun like, 4-5 years ago. The only sang I resang was probably magnet o_O (3 times).

Carette and I sounded so much better compared to our 1st magnet. HAHAHA! The 1st one was horrendous =X

I like to keep my fandubs even if it's horrible. Cause it is part of my experience
Hearing the bad ones makes me wanna faint though.

- Being super pumped

- Decide to re-cover
- Sometimes, re-cover and delete the older one

-Listen to it a gazillion times, so that I can sing it without mistakes (hopefully) while recording
