Link Spammer on YTC Forums

I don't know who to send this to, so I'm going to post it here. I hope it's okay with everyone.

There's a new member here who goes by the name of "viceroy," and lately, they've been spamming the forums with the exact same YouTube link in almost EVERY topic on this site.

I tried to report this person, but there's no report button.

I haven't tried clicking the link because I'm afraid that it might be a faulty link or one that can hold a virus, but I think this is kind of a safety thing, too.

Can something please be done with this member?
