Am I the only one using Mixcraft? o.O
okay, so I just got Mixcraft 5.1 for my crappy little notebook, because I thought that Audacity was adding static to my voice D: anywho
I wanted to know ( by ex-or now using Mixcraft users) if this program is as good as Audacity.
How is the recording quality? Can this mix vocals+music better=
or should I consider getting Adobe Audition (used by many as I see.. )

Re: Am I the only one using Mixcraft? o.O
mixcraft is really good just a little too complicated though it is better than audacity. I actually prefer using adobe audition since it's easier and I gave up on using mixcraft ||orz
so it's probably like this, if you are experience with adobe audition then you probably won't have any trouble in mixcraft though it's just a little bit more complicated xDD;;
Even the recording is complicated ||orz
As for the quality, it doesn't depend on the program you're using, it all depends on your mic. If you have a bad mic then of course you would have bad quality vocals and so on.
Hopefully this will help ^^;;

I think it also depends on the software because I think each one deciphers the sound waves differently into a file format (wav is the best), but that's just me. Some people find that the quality rendered on Audacity can be a bit low-quality. That's what I've heard anyways. I haven't really bothered to test it out yet. 8D;;
