Kingdom Hearts
Super Smash Bro's
Mario and Sonic at the Olymipics
Soul Calibur
And the list goes on and on...

The newest one that caught my eye recently was Professor Layton vs. Gyakuten Saiban

Mine would have to be Sonic and Mario.

I don't really like the whole cross over in Kingdom Hearts (I like the game so don't hurt me). They put more serious fighting character in a video game that isn't as serious and they really made a change in the final fantasy characters.
I'll stop now...

side note: Namco x Capcom looks pretty cool...

i heard that the layton vs Wright game may not come here, according to CAPCOM... QAQ

My favorite will have to be Warriors Orochi (SW & DW), Tales of VS, Ys VS Sora no Kiseki :D
