need some effects help...

ok im trying to do migikata no chou with my friends but i have no idea what the effect is for the fukyowaon part as in the 1st part.... help please >_<

And are you talking about the Len version with Rin at the beginning?

Ahh, it's actually quite simple. Just sing the whole thing (it might run your breath out--maybe not) and then, while comparing it to the original song, delete or lower the volume of little snippets of the audio clip to create that sort of, er, pounding effect, you could call it.

In the end, that audio clip would end similar to this: http://i28.tinypic.com/a9ptz9.­jpg (I'm using Audacity).

I'd do it manually, more time consuming but easier
