I know how to get the off vocals off NND but how do I get the PVs off there too?

There are some Touhou songs I want to cover with really nice videos, but those videos aren't on Youtube. (Speaking of which, how can I download HD Youtube videos now? For some reason all the HD video downloaders I had can't download off Youtube anymore D:)
